Question and Answers:
Question 1: How far will you travel to cover a wedding?
Answer 1: I typically cover the tri-state area, which includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. However, I am willing to work with you if you are outside the tri-state area as long as all expenses are paid for.
Question 2: Is there an additional cost for traveling?
Answer 2: Only for events that require travel distance round trip of over 50 miles. The fee varies on the distance, so when we meet we can discuss this further. You are responsible for all travel accommodation, and transport costs.
Question 3: Will we be able to meet you and view examples of your work?
Answer 3: We will certianly meet as I like to meet with my clients at least once before I photograph the wedding. I feel it is important to meet because I want to know you as a couple and see what type of personalities you bring in combination with the style of photography you prefer. It is also so you can get to know me better since this is such a momentous occassion. It's one less worry to know exactly who and what you're going to get on your wedding day. When we meet, I will show you an example of my work and the assortment of photo albums you have to choose from.
Question 4: How do I secure my wedding date, and is there a contract?
Answer 4: After we meet, you will then need to do two things. First, you will need to fill out a standard photography contract. Next, I require a check for half of the total amount of your entire package. Please make all checks payable to Joe Roberts Photography and mail to the following address:

Question 5: What kind of equipment do you use?
Answer 5: I have 2 Professional Level Digital SLR Nikon D300s Camera and 2 SB-800 AF Speedlight flash. I also have an assortment of lens that help me shoot your wonderful day. This quality camera along with my superb eye is what guarantees you the best possible photos on your wedding day.
Question 6: How many printed pictures will I get with the Basic Wedding Package?
Answer 6: You will not get any printed pictures with the Basic Package. You will recieve a CD/DVD of high resolution files of all the pictures that I take. I try to capture everything on your special day from candids to posed and group shots.
Questions 7: When is the remaining balance of my account due?
Answer 7: The remaining balance is due the day of the wedding. Feel free to send payment any day leading up to your wedding so you can enjoy your wedding without worry. Please make all checks payable to Joe Roberts Photography and mail to the following address:

Questions 8: Will I be able to view my photos online?
Answer 8: If you purchase the bronze package and up or add an additional cost to the basic package then 200 of your best photos will be posted online with your consent for 6 months. You will be provided a URL that will give you access to your photos.
